Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and consumable goods, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a replacement, please contact us regarding the issue, and we will assist with a suitable solution, which may include sending a replacement item if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Please ensure you review product details and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

International Orders

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, or restrictions. We cannot guarantee acceptance of our products by every country’s customs authority. In cases where products are rejected, delayed, or returned due to local regulations, we are unable to issue a refund. Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements of their country before placing an order.
